We know it’s important that you understand where this information goes and why we need it, so, your answers below will be used to update your personal records and provide the information we require in order to complete your tax return. If you need to send us documents or records they can be uploaded here alongside your response to each question.

Note this is for the 2022 tax year only (6 April 2022 to 5 April 2023).
